He almost wants to laugh. Out of relief, because it's actually Kara— the comment sealed it— or because there was a part of him that actually thought he might not ever see her again. As convinced as he was that she'd turn up again someday, either something like this or with the Fleet at the heels of her Viper, he'd doubted.
"No, it's pretty goddamned real," Lee says, the end of his sentence punctuated by a laugh he can't help but let out, because it's so frakking good to see her. But he still has a lot of questions, and he knows she's got a long day ahead of her.
